On October 2, 2014, the birth anniversary of ‘Mahatma Gandhi, the Father of the Nation’ the "Swachh Bharat Mission" was launched as a national campaign aimed at achieving a "Clean India" by October 2, 2019. The initiative involves continuous efforts by social workers from 2015 to 2025, focusing on the importance of cleanliness and its associated values. While the organization is proud of the progress made by its workers, it acknowledges that more time and resources are needed to fully adopt cleanliness habits among the population. The campaign will persist until these best practices are widely embraced.
This campaign aims to enhance the physical cleanliness within the country, reflecting a deeper impact on the moral and spiritual well-being of every Indian citizen. From 2021 to 2025, more than 4000 volunteers have contributed to cleaning approximately 31 acres of land.
