Blood donation plays a vital role in global healthcare by supporting life-saving transfusions, with more than one hundred million units donated worldwide each year. This programme emphasizes donor eligibility, donor selection, the management of adverse effects, and effective pathogen control in donated blood. Between 2020 and 2023, the organization’s blood donation initiatives benefited nearly 7,300 individuals. Along with conducting numerous camps across various districts of West Bengal, the organization ensured that all eligible volunteers donated multiple times in accordance with established health guidelines. Since the beginning of our efforts in 2015, we have provided 7,300 units of blood over eight years, a significant rise from only 35 units donated in the first year. Beyond organized camps, our volunteers also donate blood around the clock to support underprivileged individuals during emergencies. Patients suffering from a plastic anemia have also received timely assistance. We are deeply grateful for the blessings and recognition we have received for our dedicated service in this vital humanitarian cause.
