Our country, situated in a tropical and subtropical region, is highly susceptible to vector diseases, particularly due to delays in early identification. Challenges such as limited manpower and inadequate infrastructure hinder health workers from accessing remote villages. In response, our organization has promptly reached affected areas, often before others, providing exceptional services and distributing treated mosquito nets to prevent fatalities.
Efforts to combat vector diseases, including Dengue, are being coordinated by volunteer teams in West Bengal. These teams focus on identification, early intervention, prevention, and raising awareness of contagious diseases. Their services support government initiatives and aim to mitigate the spread of vector diseases to protect public health. 5900 Mosquito Nets have been distributed by TJAPSKBSK in the year 2020-23.
