In search of the answer “what’s next in this world, where mortal livings especially human beings are unable to check their greed and continue deepening the ditch between have and have not, many saints left society in search of truths of this universe. People with high moral values start either worshiping the almighty God or serving poor. Service for the poor is next to God.

Tapsil Jati Adibasi Praktan Sainik Krishi Bikash Shilpa Kendra (Approved by the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India) has its own way of rendering services in which poor feel very connected to each and every devotee social worker of the society. Since the society is an organisation of very large family which includes more than 10000 members; so, each of them has their own traits and passion and few researchers and inventers keep on compiling all of their experiences to implement the concept of different programs at different level for visible impact as per zeal of each program.

Numerous programs have been implemented till date and we feel very proud when we assess the result of each program. Our experience is not just quantative or qualitative but self- guiding to conceive the same program or modified program in other command areas.

Our modus operandi has changed the people’s ethics remarkably which gives us enthusiasm to work harder.

Gradually; from the coming year and onwards, we have added some world fame personalities in our Advisory Committee to find 

wings for our social workers. Hopefully, we will have some highly qualified group of people to head on the programs we will run in the future. If we enumerate the achievements of past years, we have a lot to note in black and white and just few pages of this report will not wrap up even in concise narration. As mentioned in other document we have a list of programs accomplished in last few years and the report comprises of short brief of our achievements. In last few years, we have extended our command area and now we are working in most of the states of the country.

Renowned funding agencies are coming forward for helping us. All our beneficiaries from different programs give us whole hearted support and demand for continuous guidance in all of their economic and social activities. When for such a purpose, we are approached our sacred heart devotees become speechless and try their best to search other avenues to help them out. It seems as a story of very large combined family in which lakhs of members working together in synchronized manner

and live together with all love. When I get the report from our grassroot workers and remark of the beneficiaries then all members of different committees feel very proud and pass their blessings as return gift to them. In the emerging scenario of changing world, we are trying to adopt all advanced technologies to contribute ample part of development of the country. Our members are obtaining trainings on different topics including computer, networking, innovative technologies and administration above par. We are very optimistic to combat with all challenges around the world which shows our commitment toward changing society. Our youths are becoming abstain from agriculture and it has emerged out a biggest problem so far; consequently, they are either in search of job or destroying natural assets viz forest. For youth; having educational qualification up to class 10, don’t want to do work as labourer. In the prevailing situation, our organisation is ready to do best for our rural youth.
