To enhance women's empowerment and improve the gender ratio, India launched the "Beti Bachao Beti Padhao" initiative in 2015, starting in Panipat, Haryana. The organization has actively pursued this goal by implementing various initiatives in line with government guidelines. Initially involving 400 girls from impoverished families in West Bengal, the program has expanded to cover eight districts, reaching approximately 4000 girls by the end of 2023.
Materials such as study kits, books, and stationery were distributed to marginalized children by the Secretary Mr. Soumen Koley and his TJAPSKBSK team, and also provided support through tuition classes and counselling from trained teachers.
